Returns & refunds policy

In short: because sealed trading-card products can be opened, tampered with or swapped and then re-sealed, all sales are final except where the law says otherwise or the item arrived damaged or not as described. Please double-check your order before paying.
Why sealed products are non-refundable
Sealed Pokémon TCG products (booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes and similar) derive their value from being verifiably unopened. Once an item leaves us, we have no way of confirming it hasn't been opened, searched, re-shrink-wrapped or had contents swapped. For that reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sealed products for change of mind, and any statutory return is subject to strict tamper checks (below).
Your statutory rights (UK)
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- Faulty, damaged or not as described: if your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
- 14-day cancellation (distance selling): as an online purchase, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the goods at your own cost. However, a returned item is only eligible for a refund if it is received back in the exact condition it was sent: completely unopened, with the factory seal/shrink-wrap fully intact and free from any evidence of tampering, re-sealing or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it. We photograph and weigh every order before dispatch, and returned items are inspected against those records. Where a return shows signs of opening or interference, we may reduce the refund up to the full value of the item to reflect its diminished value.
- Graded cards: graded cards are sold as pictured and described (slab, grade and certification number). If the card you receive doesn't match the listing, we'll make it right. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on graded cards.
How to raise an issue
- E-mail [email protected] (or use the contact form) with your order number within 48 hours of delivery for damage claims, or 14 days for a cancellation request.
- Don't post anything back until we've confirmed the return address and reference — unannounced returns can't be processed.
- Use a tracked, insured service for any agreed return. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving (and where applicable, inspecting) the return. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
