Where we ship

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. If you're outside the UK and want something, contact us — we may be able to arrange it via our eBay store.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment (orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day). You'll receive a dispatch e-mail — with a tracking reference where applicable — as soon as your order is on its way.

Services and rates

All orders are sent with Royal Mail:

Free shipping (cheapest service) on orders over £150.

High-value orders may be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and insured) at our expense — we'll always make sure your order is covered in transit.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are Royal Mail's and start from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Royal Mail occasionally runs late, especially around new set releases and holidays — if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll chase it.

Damaged or lost in transit

Every parcel is packed securely. If your order arrives damaged, e-mail [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can raise a claim with Royal Mail and put things right. If tracking shows a parcel as lost, we'll replace or refund it once Royal Mail confirms the loss.
