1. Who we are

razaki.co.uk ("Razaki Collectables", "we", "us") is a UK-based online shop selling Pokémon trading card game products. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission) and that the delivery and payment details you provide are accurate. An order is accepted when we e-mail your order confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or a stock error).

3. Prices and product information

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK taxes. Shipping is charged at checkout as set out in our shipping policy. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

Product images and placeholder artwork are for illustration; sealed product print runs can vary slightly in packaging. Collectable products (sealed boxes and graded cards) are sold as collectables — market values fluctuate and we make no guarantee about future value or the contents of sealed packs.

4. Stock

Stock levels shown on the site are live but not guaranteed. In the rare case two people buy the last item at once, whoever's payment completes first gets it and the other order is refunded in full immediately.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We take payment when you place the order.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our shipping policy and returns by our returns & refunds policy, which together form part of these terms. In summary, sealed collectable products are non-refundable except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or not as described.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights). Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier strikes, extreme weather).

8. Intellectual property

Pokémon and Pokémon TCG are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK Inc. and The Pokémon Company. Razaki Collectables is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by those companies. Site content (text, layout, branding) belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time you order applies to your order.
